I remember being out of breath after the warm up for my trial session, I knew at that moment that I needed to be here, I began the 8 week challenge the next day. This was kicked off by meeting with Stacey to set goals and talk through any concerns I had, her attention to detail, friendly approach and positive attitude were inspiring. We did a fitness test and my measurements were taken and have been taken every 4 weeks since, having these tests and measurements helped me stay focused by seeing improvements in both my body and fitness.
