Stacey has had over 10 years experience in Bootcamps and loves outdoor training. She has also competed in various 5km, 10km, 21km fun runs, obstacle courses (Spartan, True Grit, Warrior Dash, Tough Mudder, Stampede and Mudrunners) and adventure racing. Stacey is very passionate about inspiring her clients to become the best they can be. No excuses! If you want real, measurable results look no further! Google+

Sam has over 12 Years experience working in the fitness industry working for 4 years as a Swimming instructor and Lifeguard in the U.K before turing his attention to more land based sports 8 years ago when moving to Brisbane. He has competed in events such as the London Marathon, Great London Swim (1km Swim in the River Thames), Silverstone half marathon 3 times, jetty to jetty 10km and many competitive 10km cross country races. He is also a keen Mountain biker and surfer. Sam lives for fitness and believes in lifestyle changes and hard work to get the results you want! Read what our clients are saying.

Our sessions cover all bases from strength, conditioning, boxing, running and yoga.
