“The 8 Week Challenge”
For the last 8 weeks, there has been sweat, hurt and aches of all sorts and times when i wanted to give up, but i pushed through them all and finished on TOP!! I can’t thank Stacey & Sam enough for all their hard work & support you have shown me in the last 8 weeks.
Thank you for your honesty, your positive and the occasional negative feedback, all this has made me the person i am. I feel strong, fit and most of all I feel good about myself, this is only the beginning, i have plenty more goals I want to smash!! You guys have been bloody tough on me, only because you know what i am capable of and what I can/have achieved.

I have been training with Stacey for over a year now and not only is she encouraging, but she is such a dedicated personal trainer with a huge passion for helping people and a breath of fresh air. I have been reaching new goals consistently and seeing regular changes each time I get measured and complete the monthly fitness testing. Just this week she helped me shave 19 seconds off my 1km run!!!

I saw the TaylorMade Boot Camp sign when out walking one morning. I had always wanted to try it and I can say it has turned my life around. From my first email to Stacey, I felt so welcome and also felt that she was very interested in me, what I wanted to achieve and my goals. Taylor Made really make you think about what you want to get out of it, they are not interested in taking your money and hoping for the best.
I’ve learned so much over the past 6 months and still learn new things every week. New exercises, new healthy eating and how the two go together hand in hand.
I’m 39 years old and when I started I was 12kgs heavier than I am now and couldn’t get out of my comfort eating routine and making really poor food choices and not exercising nearly as much as I should. Taylor Made cater for every fitness level so you never feel left behind and now I’m really proud to be able to keep up with the younger members and after completing an 8 week challenge, my food choices and nutrition is 100% better than where it was. I love this about Taylor Made, they set you up so that you can maintain a consistent healthy life.
I’d have no hesitation to recommend Stacey and Sam at Taylor Made. The encouraging, comfortable environment they provide to every fitness level is amazing and I’m loving my time with them.

At 46 I wanted to change my life and prepare myself for the Kokoda challenge on the Gold coast , I gave up smoking and drinking and joined Taylor Made Bootcamp at Suttons Beach . Admittedly the first couple of sessions showed me just how out of shape I was but with the encouragement from Sam and Stacey Taylor I kept going back .
It wasn’t long before I was hooked and really looked forward to my 2 sessions a week with them and all the other great bootcampers who also made it an enjoyable experience . Before I knew it I was feeling like a different person and with the help of Sams nutrition advice I got my diet in order and more in tune with what I was preparing for.
7 months on and I completed my goal of finishing the Kokoda challenge in one piece then went on to do Tough Mudder and honestly have to say I don’t think I could have done it without their help and encouragement , Thanks guys .. So if you want to work out and have fun I would highly recommend you give Taylor Made Boot Camp a go.
